1. Order Processing
Processing Time: All orders are carefully prepared for shipment within 5 working days of payment verification.

Delays: During peak seasons, holidays, or special events, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping & Tracking
Global Shipping: We ship our products worldwide with full tracking.

Estimated Delivery: Once dispatched, your order is estimated to arrive within 7 working days. Please note that these are estimates based on courier performance and may vary based on your location and customs processing.

Tracking: As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will receive an email containing your unique tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.

3. Shipping Costs
Rates: Shipping is free for all orders.

4. Important Delivery Information
Delivery Location: Shipments are delivered to the ground floor (street level) of your provided address. We do not offer "delivery to floor" services.

Telephone Notice: You may optionally select a "Telephone Notice" service at checkout, allowing the courier to contact you to arrange a delivery window. If a delivery cannot be completed after the courier attempts contact, any additional storage or return fees charged by the courier are the responsibility of the customer. Address Accuracy: Varaudu is not responsible for delivery delays or failed attempts caused by incomplete or inaccurate address information provided during checkout. Please verify your details before confirming your order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspection: Please inspect your package thoroughly upon arrival. If you notice any damage to the exterior packaging, please note this on the delivery receipt with the courier before signing.

Reporting: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect, please contact us at Varauducontact@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include photographic documentation of the damage so that we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution, such as a repair, replacement, or refund.

6. Courier Delays
While we work with reliable international carriers, delivery times depend on the courier. Varaudu is not liable for delays caused by carrier operations or international customs clearance procedures.
